If you’re coming to see me for counselling in Cheltenham for the first time, I know it can help to know where you’re going and what to expect when you arrive.

I’ve included photos of the building and counselling rooms to help you recognise the location and get a feel for the space before your first session. My aim is to offer a calm, welcoming and comfortable environment where you can feel at ease, take your time and talk openly, at your own pace.
